I'm Michael Oeth. I co-founded and ran Junction Networks — the company behind OnSIP, a hosted PBX/SIP platform — for 15 years, until it was acquired in 2020. I've lived through SIP trunking outages, carrier failovers, 911/STIR-SHAKEN compliance, and the messy reality of keeping a phone system running while changing it underneath customers.
